NeoFusion Continues Partnership with IBM to Deliver Next Best Action for Vodafone New Zealand

NeoFusion, a global IT consultancy focused on centralized, real-time decisioning initiatives, has again partnered with IBM to deliver Next Best Action capabilities for Vodafone New Zealand call centers and retail shops. Real-time decisioning using Next Best Action (NBA) allows Vodafone New Zealand to deliver the most relevant interactions to their customers while managing their own commercial objectives.

With years of technical architecture leadership experience, NeoFusion will deliver comprehensive technical architecture assets and provide thought leadership for multiple releases of NBA capabilities in New Zealand. Using established best practices and patterns from previous successful implementations, NeoFusion will look to reduce implementation level of effort from nine to six months.
