NeoFusion Continues Partnership with IBM to Deliver Next Best Action for Vodafone New Zealand

NeoFusion, a global IT consultancy focused on centralized, real-time decisioning initiatives, has again partnered with IBM to deliver Next Best Action capabilities for Vodafone New Zealand call centers and retail shops. Real-time decisioning using Next Best Action (NBA) allows Vodafone New Zealand to deliver the most relevant interactions to their customers while managing their own commercial objectives.

With years of technical architecture leadership experience, NeoFusion will deliver comprehensive technical architecture assets and provide thought leadership for multiple releases of NBA capabilities in New Zealand. Using established best practices and patterns from previous successful implementations, NeoFusion will look to reduce implementation level of effort from nine to six months.

Titled “Optimizing Your Return on Customer Attention with Oracle Real-Time Decisions”, this event will discuss methods of improving personalization efforts using analytics in real time with Oracle RTD. Held on Friday, March 4, 2011 in the Oracle City Office in London, this event will showcase real world successes with existing customers who leverage Oracle RTD.

NeoFusion has been selected to provide marketing strategy expertise and direction to Vodafone Ireland and build a best of industry Marketing Strategy Center of Excellence. The agreement also includes NeoFusion as the sole entity for maintenance of the Real-Time Next Best Offer and Deal Negotiator applications currently being deployed by Vodafone Ireland.
